In-App Issue Reporting

Found an error in a flashcard, practice question, or study section? Use the built-in report feature directly in the app. Tap the flag icon on any content screen to submit a report. This sends the content details automatically so we can fix it faster.

Subscriptions & Billing

Sky-Bound Pro subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. To manage, cancel, or request a refund for your subscription:

  1. Open Settings on your device
  2. Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions
  3. Find Sky-Bound and manage from there

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Sky-Bound work offline?

Yes. All study content, flashcards, practice tests, and interactive tools are bundled with the app. No internet connection is required to study.

Will I lose my progress if I delete the app?

Study progress is stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, your progress will be removed. We recommend keeping regular iCloud backups.

What's included in the free version?

The Private Pilot track with 2 flashcard categories, 3 study sections, and up to 10 practice test questions per test. Progress tracking, pilot equations, FAR/AIM reference, and interactive tools are all free.

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

Open the paywall screen and tap "Restore Purchases." Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID and will transfer automatically.
